Siebel 8.1.1.10 and BI Publisher

 Hi,
I am having a lot of trouble getting BI publisher 11g to work with Siebel 8.1.1.10.  I have installed BI Publisher and it all looks good.  When i try to upload reports I get an end of file error.

In investigating this further I started to wonder if I was missing some reporting objects (IOs) and on my local DB imported the 11g WSDL.  There were around an additional 20 methods added to the web service when i re-imported and quite a few IOs created (25).  

I thought that given that 11g is the only version of BI Publisher certified for 8.1.1.10 that these objects would come across in the IRM.
