Unable to assign default Picking rule to inventory

 Hello All,

I am not able to assign default picking rule to an organization. I have enabled the picking rule, Applicable to -> NULL. And in Assignment it is enabled for the organization. 

Still I am not able to see picking rule when I run follwoing query : But I am able to see same picking rule for organization id -1. Also I am run Generate all Rule conc program.

select * from wms_rules_vl where organization_id = 173 ; 

 

Please suggest,  I am on R12
