Retained Earning Account zero

Hi,I have retained earning account set on SOB. I'm still using R11.
is that possible that the amount for retained earning account zero on gl_balances?
the begbal CR and DR is the same for almost this 2 years.

Note: the company have been run Oracle E-Business Suite R11 since Jan-12.
