Access Organization definition is ignored

 Hi all,

I have the following problem/situation (the instance was patched from 11i to R12.1.3):

For a responsibility, access to several inventory orgs is defined on the "Organization Access" form. But when I chose the respo and select "Change Organization" the LOV shows some ORGs but not the orgs defined in "Organization Access". I doublechecked with ohter respos and found out that it seems that the settings in the  "Organization Access" form are ignored. In other words: the lov wehn using "Change Organization" never represents the org defined in the "Organization Access" form.

I already checked HR-Security Profile but they seem not in use.
