How to update average cost or add average cost for miscellaneous Receipt for Material

Hi
I have to make miscellaneous Receipt for item at that time i need to put average cost for receipt quantity .I am using mtl_transactions_interface table to insert record and
INV_TXN_MANAGER_PUB.process_transactions API to process record
How can I update average cost at the time of miscellaneous receipt.
