Approval need to be done for Lowere Staff

 

  11.5.10, Human resource

  1.Create New Special Information Type.

  2.Configure Workflow notificaiton in SSHR,

  3.Apply Rule on workflow Process irrecpecitve employee grade.

   I'ts working fine.

  

  But now we want it to go approval for lowere staff instead of Higher Managment. Althoug i have created type in AME base on grade, added approval grade but system show error when employee submit their request who is free from approval.

: ORA-20001: No rules are applicable to this transaction. 

Atleast one rule must apply to this transaction when the value of the attribute AT_LEAST_ONE_RULE_MUST_APPLY is true.
