posting journal between two companies in the same ledger

Hello All,

I have a question,
to adjust the amounts for a company we have to created a journal between two companies and tried posting it.

ledger:   VIS_LEDGER
company:  01
company:  02

The VIS_LEDGER contains two companies 01,02 and we could create the journals manually for 01 company with dr,cr
and also for 02 company with dr,cr separately.

But when we create the journal with company 01 dr and company 02 cr then during the posting its erroring out with the journal  status "processing".

There is no cross validation rule, security rule.

The log contains the error message as shown below.

If anyone has come across this scenario then please let me know.
