Security Rule for MOAC

Hi,

We have upgraded from 11.5.10 to 12.1.3. After the upgrade one particular Ledger has 4 Operating Units, with 3 Operating Units belonging to Business Group-1 and the fourth Operating Unit belonging to Business Group-2. When i try to sweep AP transactions to next period it did not allow me. Reason: No access to all the Operating Units. Hence i thoguht i could create a Security Rule for these 4 Operating Units and attach to the responsibility that is trying to close the period. But i could not create a Security Rule with the Organization Hierarchy with these 4 Operating Units due to Business Group.

Can anyone provide a solution?
