1. Audit rules definition and assignments are OU specific or BG specific?

2. what basis audit will pick expense reports for audit , when we select option"Audit Percentage" as "10 %" in Audit percentage screen.

Explain the functionality of below options

Random selection ignores expense reports that: 

  Contain credit lines only. 

  Contain only expense types where receipt and justification are not required.
