Shippable Item Attribute Changing on Some Items During R12 Upgrade

Greetings,

During our upgrade from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.3 some of our items Shippable item attribute are being flagged shippable when they should be non-shippable.  Has anyone ever seen this happen?  Also, is anyone aware of new item validations for Internal Orders?
