<Q> Currently when you have to re run P093021 indexed allocations P093021 for adjustments or change.  When you re-run the program it does an 'add' to the BORG and not a replace.  Is there any way to get the indexed allocation program to do a replace instead of add to the BORG field?

<A> The Allocation program updates the original budget (BORG), requested budget (BREQ), or approved budget (BAPR) fields when using the balance method. It also updates period buckets (when using the balance method). If you run the allocation program over the same period it adds to the existing balance. This is intended functionality for the program.
