adrelink is exiting with status 1

p4302759_600_SOLARIS.zip

I am applying this patch as per Readme steps.
i have completed steps 1 to 5 and as a 6 th step mentione in readme for adrelink

Step6:
6)  Relink f60webmx for Oracle Applications:
       $ adrelink.sh force=y "fnd f60webmx"

In this step i have strucked in adrelink is exiting with status 1 issue
