admkappsutil fails with java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError during patch 9535311
Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
While applying patch 9535311, when required to update the rdbms oracle_home with the new autoconfig files, I get the above error.  I'm including a screen shot of the error and the log file from the admkappsutil command.
The version of perl is 5.005_03.
The version of zip is 2.3
The version of unzip is 5.42
The version of the file FileUnzip.class is 115.40 2003/09/07.
