Moving OEM server to different data center

Hello Oracle Gurus,
We have OEM server with 11g grid control setup in old data center and we are facing some hardware issues in that old data center so we are planning to move it to new data center. we are not changing any configuration on the server but we have to re-IP the old one.

Please I need your valuable suggestions to be considered while moving the OEM server like when we make IP changes.

Will there be any impact to the server when we turn back on the OEM server in new data center like loosing history data on the repository database  please advise..
