Project Control Status is not working for Financial Plan and WorkPlan

Hello,

We are on R12.1.3 and are facing the following situation during our UAT;

- once the project status has been changed to closed, end-user still have the possiblility to update/create new financial plan versions or workplan versions

Can anyone explain to me if this is the intended functionality or if there is another way to restrict the end-users from modifiying financial plan or workplan version through the html pages..??
