Item restriction options for mass upload

Hi,

I need to know can item restriction in customer be uploaded through any Zfiles. we have list of too many items which are restricted for customer. I need this for one time upload.

As I know it can be manually added for item through customer master, I need the mass upload.

Please suggest.
