Unable to download the patches.

Hi Team,

Customer is applying the extended support patches and ran patchsets,sh to get the latest patches for the corresponding modules. While trying to apply they couldn't get some of the the patches. Please let us know the process to download them

I have checked in ARU.The Distribution type for all the mentioned patches are "Not Distributed",

Are these patches are obsolete? Do we have replacement patches for the same.
