Question on resource_limit

Hi DBA Gurus,

For restricting the resources to some user; we have updated the parameters of the profile assigned to the user. This isn't working because the resource_limit parameter is set to 'FALSE". Now I decide to set the parameter to "TRUE". Before doing so; I need to know what else would be impacted by doing this.

1. Checked the v$resource_limit and found that the maximum utilization of all the parameters except smartio_overhead_memory; the maximum utilization is more whereas the initial_allocation is 0 and limit_value is UNLIMITED.
2. Checked the dba_hist_resource_limit; the above parameter is not in this view and as per the entries in this; the maximum utilization is always less than inital_allocation. The only paramters in this view are
