Vacancy approval is not showing the vacancy number it the workflow under user key

Hi,
Version 12.1.3

In our vacancy workflow approval the vacancy number is not displayed in the workflow administrator, so we cannot search by vacancy number. Does anyone else have this issue or know how to resolve it? I was hoping there is a way to display vacancy number in the user key in the workflow. I am attaching screenprints. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!
