CTX index invisible Partitions

I have tried to drop the CTX Index with Force option. Though the index and the associated Prefertences were dropped.

I still see the Partitions associated with the CTX index is still listed in user_objects. The same partitions dont exist in user_ind_partitions. The index associated with these partitions also dont exist in user_indexes. Any thoughts on this behgavior of CTX Index..?

It is not allowing to create the Index back again because of these partitions. we are not able to drop these partitions manually either as the index is not existing.
