Implementing SSL on inbound webservices

Hi,
Has anybody implemented SSL on inbound web services? More specifically I want information on implementing SSL3.0, null encryption, SHA-1 hash algorithm on client to SWSE link.

I have little idea that it requires changes to eAPPS.cfg and some admin changes at web server but I need detailed steps. can anybody help?

We are working on Siebel public sector v 8.1.1.3[21219].
