Reading a specific section from a word document and writing into a new word document using oracle p

Hi All,
Could you please tell me on how can i read a word documents specific sections and then copy that section information into a new word document using oracle plsql.
If its not possible with oracle , please tell me on how to get it achieved using java using plsql.
