Jdeveloper error while running a page

Hi All,

I am using 10.1.3.3.0.3 Jdev.

I am trying to run a page using Jdev but I am getting below error. I can run the tutorial page successfully but when I try to run other page then it gives me error. I am trying to run below page-

/oracle/apps/icx/icatalog/shopping/webui/NonCatalogRequestPG

Error-

500 Internal Server Error

Oracle.apps.fnd.common.AppsException: oracle.apps.fnd.common.PoolException: Exception creating new Poolable object.
Could you please guide me how to resolve this error?
