Purchase and Intermal Requisitons required to be in different UOM's

Hi

Please can somebody advise how I set up an Item in R12 so that the Purchase Requisiiton for an Item hasa UOM for example of 'Box of 100' however I would like the Internal Requisition to have a UOM of Each. So we can Purchase in Boxes of 100 and issue from Stores in Single boxes (each).
