solaris 10 doesnot went down

we have solaris 10 on HP server model DL380 G6

when I executed init 6 

It is Jun 24 to Messages. 
13:57:48 tssrmws011 syslogd:   Apparatus was not rebooted in spite of having displayed going down on signal 15. 

such in HP history, when Solaris10 is carried on ProLiant DL380 G6 in an example in the past 
Is there any bug?

Since reboot was not able to be checked by the above-mentioned init 6, reboot processing was carried out from ILO WEB to 
14:37 and 14:42, but reboot was not still able to be checked.
