WHT Code's form closing issue

Hi all,
We are unable to close the subject form; as we do in all other forms. In all forms we click cross button or press F4 to close the form; but either of these options are not working against said form.

(N) AP--> Setup --> Tax --> Withholding --> Codes. [App Version: R12.1.2]

Please advice if any patch or any other way is available for this issue.
