Hello All,

Our ODA is on version 2.4.0.0.0 on a x64 bit  2.6.32-300.32.4.el5uek Linux. The databases on there are 11.2.0.2.0 and we are have to upgrade to 11.2.0.3. Can anybody point me to the right SOP or sort of step by step document to do the database upgrade? Thanks very much.
