problems in 'Agent Dashboard' screen of 'Case Manager' responsibility
(1) All SR types defined in 'SR Type' setup is not coming in case type LOV while creating a new case.
(2) 'Create Case: Identify Customer ' page is not opening while creating a case. It is directly going to 'enter details' page. We are not able to enter the party name, against which a case will be made.
Is there any setup part needed for this.
