Managing SPARC LDOMs: Ops Center versus Oracle VM Manager

So when we first received our T4-4 servers in early 2012, the only option for deploying/managing LDOMs on them, other than directly via command line, was using Ops Center.
I now see that Oracle VM Manager also supports SPARC, which I was not aware of until a couple of months ago. 

  • What are the compelling reasons for choosing either VM Manager or Ops Center for SPARC LDOMs? 
  • Should I reconsider and switch from Ops Center to VM Manager?  I see VM Manager has all these pre-tested "templates" for creating various types of LDOMs.
  • Could VM Manager be used for managing existing LDOMs?
