Looking for Note 1269470.1 to fix invalid SYS objects prior to XDB reinstall

Subject says it all.  
When I click on the link in Master Note for Oracle XML Database (XDB) Install / Deinstall [ID 1292089.1] I get a Server not found error from Firefox.
