12.1.3 : IGW Invalid Objects after 12.1.3 upgrade

Hi JP:
Welcome to the EBS Patching community. This thread will address your following issue 

 We have the following 2 objects that are invalid after upgrading from 11.5.9 to 12.1.3 and 10g to 11gR2 DB

We are using Grants.


IGW_BUDGET_CATEGORY_V
PL/SQL: ORA-04063: view "APPS.IGW_BUDGET_CATEGORY_V" has errors

IGW_REPORT_PROCESSING 
ORA-00979: not a GROUP BY expression

I see the following note.
Invalid IGW Objects while Upgrading to Oracle Database 11g [ID 965907.1]

Can these objects be dropped or do we have another solution to resolve the invalids.  We do not want to see them appear in our list of invalids.
