Question on CPU patch 14782699 Post-Install Patches

Readme of patch 14782699 - ORACLE APPLICATIONS WITH 11I.ATG_PF.H RUP7: CPU PATCH FOR JAN 2013

g) IEU Customers whoever is in 11.5.10 minimum baseline with any of the IEU

Roll-up patches has to apply the patch 15848524.

Customer has question

We are on 11.5.10.2 and have version IEU.R installed. 

Do we need to apply patch 15848524?

Had them run

select patch_level, status from fnd_product_installations

where patch_level like '%IEU%';

Support suggested

Please Apply patch 15848524 as you do have product IEU installed even if you are not using it.
