Load balancing-Report manager FSG reports can't find its data generated on /usr/tmp

We  recently load balanced 3  web application server with F5, exporting fsg report to excel stopped working , pdf and html worked fine.

Sev 1 SR (
SR 3-7429822241 : Load balancing-Report manager FSG reports can't find its data generated on /usr/tmp) has been going on since yersterday but no solution yet.

Is there any one in the house who has experience this issue before?
