Total Burdened Cost in Grants Accounting

Hello everyone,

We are implementing Grants Accounting.  Capital projects will be used to track asset costs.  Will use burdening.  Literature indicates that one of the concurrent processes that needs to run is PRC: Distribute Total Burdened Cost.

Here is the scenario we are working with.

1. Using Burden Schedule with multiplier = 15%

2.  Entered an expenditure via a Miscellaneous Transaction for $75

3.  Ran costing processes to include PRC: Create and Distribute Burden Transactions as well as PRC: Distribute Total Burdened Cost

4.  Ran PRC: Create Accounting to interface expenditure to GL

5.  Queried journal in GL

Result:

Three journals for the journal batch were generated during journal import
