receiving error in RDA Responsibility or Security Group ID is invalid.

Having issues in our 11.03 instance with running Diagnostics.  We were able (prior to our move to AIX), to select RDA, use a SuperUser responsibility ID, application shortname and Run the test.  It now completes with...ERROR - Responsibility or Security group ID is invalid.
ACTION - Please use the LOV to pick the Responsibility ID and Security Group.

This is happening regardless of which superUser responsibility I try or which application shortname.  This was working prior to moving to AIX, what might we have forgotten to do?
