Enter Price Tolerance (USD) & Minimum Release Amount (USD) under the Purchasing Options ?

Hi What me wanted to know here,

Under the Purchasing Options these Fields are as Enter Price Tolerance (USD) & Minimum Releasse Amount (USD i-e there convention is in USD. But if the functional Currency is other than USD , then dont u think it should have be change or nothing  ??

Me understand the system will work based on the Functional Currency on the back hand, but here if client ask why it is USD, Then what to reply ?

Needed you peiples Suggestion for this thread.
