Need list of patches for upgrade to R12.1.3 from R11i

Hi,
Apps 11.5.10.2

We are planning to upgrade Oracle E-Business Suite from 11.5.10.2 (RUP7) to Oracle R12.1.3. As a part of this upgrade, we need list of patches:

1. Which should be applied on current 11i version (pre-install patches)
2. Which should be applied on R12.1.1 (as first we will upgrade from 11i to 12.1.1 and then will apply RUP 12.1.3)
3. Which should be applied on R12.1.3

We are currently using below modules:

1. Payables (AP)
2. Receivables (AR)
3. Assets (FA)
4. General Ledger (GL)
5. iExpense (OIE)
6. Cash Management (CE)
7. Order Management (OM)
8. Advanced Pricing (QP)
9. Purchasing (PO)
10. Inventory (INV)
11. Warehouse Management (WMS)
12. Mobile Supply Chain Application (MSCA/MWA)
