Looking to see if there is a way to do data collecting if there is an error reported on shipped product?

In JD Edwards E811 SP1 - Version 8.98.4.9

Would like to have the data connected to the sales order that the part is part of and if need be have it tied to a RMA if one is needed to be created.

I would like to use an existing application if there is one.
