xdo.cfg file in 11g

Hello Experts,

There are xdo.cfg file all over in 11g like:
OracleBIJavaHostComponent
OracleBIPresentationServicesComponent
bipublisher/repository/Admin/Configuration

QUESTION:  What is each used for ?

QUESTION:  Where do we set -  xslt.CURRENT_SERVER_SCHEME and  xslt.CURRENT_SERVER_URL

Issue is: though system is https, the xslt.CURRENT_SERVER_SCHEME and xslt.CURRENT_SERVER_URL showing value as "http".

QUESTION:  So we want to override.
