Compression Alogorithim Error for Controlfile Restore

 I'm not able to find any good infromation about this. When attempting to restore a prod db to test, the restore failed intially due to space issues on the server. Afterward all datafiles were deleted, the pfile was replaced and the Windows service was recreated. All of a sudden it's complaining about the compression alogorithim for the control file. It wasn't doing that before and nothing has changed with the _compatibility_alogorithim which is 11.2.0 on both the test pfile and prod. Prod is using the default settings for compression also.
