Maill alert after loading

Hi All,

I have created event script for AftLoad for generating the sucess mail alert for loading data to target application.

But we have recieves the  4 times mails for every data load for one location.

I need to recieve only one mail alert after sucessfull load to target application (HFM).

Please help me on this to resolve this.
