Receipt Cleared, Accounted & Cleared but not available in GL

 Team, 
            Receipt has been accaounted & cleared & when we check tools-view accounting, JV entries has beeen created for that receipt in Subledger. When we check in GL (Journal-Enter)  with source as Receivables & period as Mar-13, category as receipts, its is not available in GL. I even ran Create  Acounting program as of date & Transfer  Journal Entries to GL proigrams but still not appearing in GL. Please check the attachment.
