Manual Transaction Complte Process

Hi,

Any one help this issue,

When we make the manual Transaction (Debit Memo / Credit Memo) in AR we should Press the "Complete" button to complete the Transaction, at the same time we can use shot cut key (Alt+D) to complete the Transaction.

How to remove or inactivate the short cut key (Alt+D) in AR Transaction form?
