Attachments on emails from HelpDesk case throw an error
Any help is much appreciated. Details are given below.
1. Navigate to Main Menu >Helpdesk>Search cases > Find any case which has an employee who has valid email Address or Create a new case
2. Go to notes tab
Add a note with the attachment that has a special character in the file name (aürt2)
3. Apply note >Save the case
Now select the note and click on Email
4. Takes you to the Email Outbound Notification page
5. Select the email address of To and CC
6. Include the check box of attachment and click on send
Error came
Error Message:

2. Go to notes tab
