Impact of changing GL calendar on Inventory module transactions

 Hi
We are required to change our GL calendar from fiscal year to calendar year.
As per my investigations the change will affect Fixed Assets module which I have tested, but i did not find any document on whether the GL calendar change can affect Inventory and Cost Management transactions.We are using PAC with Average costing.

I cannot test the same as it is not possible to close costing period earlier (e.g cannot close June 2013 before 01st July 2013)

From FA side all is Ok

Can anyone advise please thanks!!
