When Validating Import unable to access the error log that is Created.

When importing into FDM (version 11.1.2.1) and validating the data, an error log is created, however I am unable to open the link using IE8.  I have been able to do this in the past.  Has anyone seen this?  Is there a new update or have settings possibly changed to cause this?
