Weblink only opens doc in Read Only mode

I have added a CRM weblink field that opens a Sharepoint site document using the URL and when I click the link it will only open the Excel doument in Read Only Mode.  If you Open the document straight from the SharePoint site, it prompts you to select either Read only or Edit.  Furthermore, if you open in Read Only, it gives you a button at the top of the spreadsheet that yu can click to Edit.  My question is how do I need to construct my Weblink URL to have the excel sheet open in Edit mode from CRM?
