Issue with Course Share Sets not working

We use CSS extensively. Until a few days ago they were working fine.

I checked the effective dates of the share sets, adv & shr requirements, requirement groups and course lists.

The assigned plans are correct, the share sets are assigned to the correct requirement groups and the Unit, Course and GPA values are correct on the Line Item Parameters.

The students who's audits this is affecting are in different programs and it is a different course required in different requirements that should be being shared.

I'm at a loss for what else to look for in terms of solving this issue.
