Delivery goes to "Confirmed" but still pending ship confirm.
We are in 11.5.10.2 (internal Orders)
While perfoming ship confirm using QuickShip, we get a number of deliveries that show a status of confirmed, while the contents tab shows a line
status of Staged/Pick Confirm with a next step of Ship Confirm/Close Trip Stop.
This causes receiving issues at the destination org.
Does anyone know of a root cause/corrective action for this. We understand that we can reopen the delivery and then re-process, but this causes process disruption.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
