Does PXs have prompting capability?

I have a request to execute a PX from the Action menu for a part. This PX is to copy some Title Block and Page Two information from the current part to another part. The problem us getting the part number to copy to. To the best of my knowledge, there is no way of promoting the user to enter the "Copy To" part number. Can anyone provide a solution to achieve what i need?
